Refund policy

Returnable items

Unless otherwise stated our knitwear has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging (along with any other items included in the delivery box that were free of charge). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us. If everything is in order, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be liable to pay for your own return shipping cost, and we advise you to obtain a proof of postage as sadly we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items 

Some of our knitwear is non-returnable due to its personalised nature. Items that are not returnable are identified as such on the relevant product pages.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

For items that are returnable, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and, provided the order has been sent back as per our Policy, we will process your return on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If you are concerned about the time it has taken to receive your refund please do contact us.
