Shipping policy
We currently ship to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), and the following international destinations:

- Hong Kong
- Iceland
- Japan
- New Zealand
- Norway

- South Korea
- Switzerland
- United Arab Emirates
- USA (Please note, since 29th August 2025, prices for USA orders include new tariffs so you wont need to pay any additional costs on delivery. Woolkind will pay the tariffs on your behalf before the package leaves the UK)
All orders are shipped as soon as your items are knitted, checked, linked, sewn, checked, washed, pressed, and wrapped (phew!). Please refer to our Lead Time details for more info on production times.
All orders with only stock items will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Our shipping rates are:
UK (exc NI)

Express Tracked (1-3 business days from manufacture) - £4.95

Standard Tracked (2-4 business days from manufacture) - £3.95
UK orders over £75 qualify for FREE Standard delivery.
International
- Standard International Tracked (5 to 10 business days from manufacture) - USD $30
- Express International Tracked (3 to 5 business days from manufacture) - USD $50
International orders over USD $200 or equivalent qualify for FREE Standard International Tracked delivery.
Please note, international orders are now delivered with all duties and taxes paid so you wont need to pay any additional costs on delivery. Woolkind will pay the duties and taxes on your behalf before the package leaves the UK
