Your Tailored Experience
- a refundable deposit of £20 is taken to secure your slot on our bespoke list
- we will initially conduct an email, phone or video consultation to understand your requirements.
- if you don't want to proceed after the consultation we will issue a full refund
- if you are happy to go ahead a further invoice of £145 will be issued for the remainder of the order

once we have received the full payment we will then prepare a design and will email it to you for feedback and will adjust if necessary
- once the design is agreed upon, we aim to make and dispatch the scarf within 2 weeks
- we will send you the final images of the scarf before it is dispatched
- we currently offer the choice of 16 stock colours and you can choose 2 contrasting colours for a reversible design

As this item is made exclusively for you, our standard policy is not to offer refunds.

- The Reversible Bespoke Scarf - Deposit is knit in 100% superfine merino wool sourced from high welfare farms. Mulesing free
- Labels are made in the UK from 100% organic cotton
- Entirely plastic free
- Please be aware that different devices may affect the way yarn colours appear on your screen. Therefore, some variation may occur between what you see on screen and the actual yarn colour.

- As wool is a natural material some minor variation can occur in sizing during the manufacturing process

- Wool is a superfibre that naturally resists stains and odours. Seriously! Thats why we support a #NoWash approach to wool. Less water, less detergent, better for the planet
- If your knit does need a clean then hand wash with cool water to keep it soft and fluffy

- Free UK shipping on orders over £75
- Free USA / Canada shipping on orders over $150 USD
